Build the Israel vehicle plan around the next protected handoff
At Ben Gurion Airport, the receiving vehicle should be matched to the correct terminal, passenger count, luggage and first destination. The Israel Airports Authority identifies Ben Gurion as the country’s main international gateway, around 15 km from Tel Aviv and roughly 40 km from Jerusalem.
In Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, the car may need to wait away from the exact exit because of controlled entrances, pedestrian areas, congestion, events or parking restrictions. The protection officer should know the planned rejoin point before the principal leaves the building.
For Haifa, the Dead Sea, Eilat or other longer movements, driver hours become part of the security plan. A late event followed by a long road return may require relief, accommodation or a changed finish rather than simply extending the original shift.
