Use the real building exit and terminal to keep the vehicle aligned with the principal
At HKG, verify whether the client’s airline process sits in T1 or T2 and set the meeting/vehicle curb accordingly. Baggage and first hard time should feed directly into the city departure.
In Central, Admiralty and Kowloon, the driver may arrive at one level and collect at another. Private lobbies, hotel links and tower basements should be advanced with the host while the client is inside.
West Kowloon or a cross-boundary continuation changes the movement from city driving into a formal handoff. Tickets/documents, baggage and the next receiving contact should be ready before the Hong Kong officer releases the principal.
