Build the vehicle plan around the client’s next access point, not just the next postcode
At LCA or PFO, the driver should know flight timing, passenger and baggage count, agreed meeting point, first property and any fixed appointment that constrains the departure window.
A Cyprus day can move quickly from airport to motorway, city centre, coastal hotel, private villa or marina. Vehicle suitability, parking/rejoin logic and driver duty limits should be planned before the principal commits to the next stop.
If the client changes base between Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca or Paphos, the outgoing and receiving phases should exchange only the information needed for continuity: timing, baggage, vehicle, host, next commitment and known concerns.
