Program 1 — Train the Trainer: Building Self-Sustaining Forces
This is the core of everything we do and the foundation of genuine self-reliance. Rather than only training your soldiers and officers, we identify, develop, and certify a cadre of elite instructors from within your own forces.
The objective: a training system inside your military and police that sustains and improves itself. Your own lead instructors teach in your language, understand your culture, and adapt the curriculum to new threats long after our team departs.
We work with your command to select officers and non-commissioned officers who have the aptitude, character, and commitment to teach. They then complete an intensive program covering advanced operational skills, instructional method — how to design courses, build realistic scenarios, assess students, and communicate complex material safely — and leadership development under the guidance of experienced R&H commanders.
When the program ends, these certified instructors become the engine of your national security strategy: a living system that keeps your forces sharp for years. This is the most cost-effective security investment a government can make, because it converts a recurring expense into a permanent national asset.
Program 2 — Foundation Training: From Recruit to Professional
The professionalism and discipline of a force is visible in its newest members. This program takes raw recruits and develops disciplined, confident soldiers or police officers ready for operational duty.
The objective: a professional force with a solid base in military or law-enforcement skills, discipline, and values.
The curriculum goes well beyond basic drills. Recruits develop genuine weapons proficiency and combat marksmanship — making sound decisions under pressure, not just hitting static targets. Every recruit is trained in battlefield and scene first response, able to save a life in the critical minutes before evacuation. Small-unit tactics build teams that move, communicate, and act decisively together. Throughout, we work with your commanders to instill duty, integrity, and respect for the rule of law, so your forces protect the nation with honor. This foundation is what every advanced capability is built on.
Program 3 — Advanced Special Operations & Counter-Terrorism
Your special forces handle the missions no one else can. This program raises selected units to a world-class operational standard, led by veterans of Israel's most respected special forces and the YAMAM — recognized internationally as a leading counter-terrorism unit.
The objective: special units capable of executing the most demanding national security tasks with precision and minimal collateral harm.
We assess your unit's current capability and add advanced mission profiles: intelligence-led raids to locate and detain high-value targets, advanced close quarters battle (CQB) for hostage rescue and stronghold assault, surveillance and counter-surveillance tradecraft, and integrated mission planning where intelligence, operations, and logistics combine into a single rehearsed plan. Compared with conventional special-operations courses, this program is built around live operational judgment rather than choreographed drills.
Program 4 — Close Protection & Executive Protection Training
Heads of state, ministers, and senior officials are deliberate targets. Close protection training in Africa delivered by R&H prepares presidential guards, ministerial details, and private protection teams to the standard that protects principals in genuinely hostile environments.
The objective: protection teams that prevent incidents through advance planning and read threats early — not teams that merely react after an attack begins.
Executive protection training in Africa with R&H covers threat and risk assessment, advance and route planning, protective formations on foot and in vehicles, secure transportation and counter-ambush driving, embus and debus procedures, medical response, and the discreet behavior expected around principals at the highest level. Program 5 — Police Training & Law Enforcement Development
